Planning For The Homestretch
Event Management (often known as Month of Coordination) is for the couple who has everything planned, but would like professional assistance for the final touches. After all, you can’t be the bride AND trouble-shooter, decorator, and coordinator on the wedding day! This life-saving service also means that your mom, family and wedding party also get to enjoy every little moment as well.
Trust us. . .you don’t want to work your own wedding!
Scheduled Meetings & Final Preparations
Wedding Timeline Creation
-Confirmation with vendors 45 days prior to wedding, confirm arrival times, delivery schedules, setup and teardown plans
-Provide vendors with itinerary, floor plan, and any final planning details for the weekend
-Rehearsal guidance and supervision for ceremony (1 hour)
Meetings/ Communication included:
- 50 days out: 1 hour phone call to go over the initial wedding timeline and to review any final details needing to be finished or confirmed, including DIY projects.
-30 Days Out: We will go to the wedding venue a month prior to confirm the layout for your ceremony, cocktail and reception. We will also create a mock guest table for you to approve if you are renting any of our decor for your special day.
- 3 Weeks out: 60 Minute meeting via FaceTime/ zoom to go over the final timeline and wrap up any remaining details regarding your wedding day.
- Unlimited Text/ Email communication beginnings 60 days prior to your wedding day. (Between the hours of 10am and 7pm)
-2 Pre-scheduled calls (20 minutes each)
- We will schedule and join you on your final calls with your DJ and Photographers.
It’s Wedding Day!
Up to 13 hours onsite the day of the wedding with your Lead Coordinator (Kayla Cooper) and 9-11 hours with 1 Assistant Coordinators.
-Ceremony Decor - coordinate with florist/rental company on floral decor location and placement. Your florist is required to decorate/install any arbors or hanging arrangements.
-Ensure all table decor is set as planned. We will set up and breakdown your personal decor as well as our rental decor. This includes placing escort/place cards, menus, centerpieces, candle holders, plate settings and table numbers.
Cross-check venue set up, making sure ceremony and reception are set to perfection. Fixing any errors that may come up
-Continuously checking in with Bride & Groom maintaining the schedule throughout the day with all vendors.
-Pin Boutonniere's and hand out corsages and bouquets
-Line up and cue ceremony processional
-Coordinate and cue photographers & musicians for ceremony
-Coordinate with DJ/Band, photo/video for bridal party introductions and all formal events throughout the evening. Ensure all vendors are maintaining the timeline throughout the evening.
A Signature Wedding Day is the point of contact should anything arise on the wedding day - we will always take care of any "pop-up" issues to the best of our ability so the client is not bothered throughout the evening.
60 Day Month of Coordination Services With Decor
$1,995.00
$300.00 is the date retainer upon contract completion.
The Remaining $1,695.00 is due the date of your final venue walkthrough.
(Please note that if you’re outside of our 90 minute travel zone from zip code 27292, there is a travel fee of $125.00)
