The How To When it Comes to Renting Florals and Decor.

We aim to keep things simple.

1.) Add your florals to your wishlist.

2.) Add these logistical service fees as well to your wishlist. (if they apply):

🌸Late Night Pick-Up? If you need a pick-up past 10pm, be sure to add this service fee. Otherwise, your standard delivery/setup/teardown includes a 10pm teardown. (Pssst. You can add this fee later on if you don’t know yet!)

3.) Submit your Checklist!


Once we receive your wishlist, we will then confirm via email whether everything on your list is available on your event date.

4.) Sign the Contract and Pay the 25% Nonrefundable deposit.


After you respond to our email regarding the availability of your chosen florals on your event date, we will then send you a contract through Docusign to complete and send an invoice for the 25% Nonrefundable date retainer. The date retainer is due within 24 hours of the contract being signed.

Additional Questions

Does the 25% Date Retainer go towards my order balance or is it an additional fee?


The 25% Nonrefundable Date Retainer is part of your order total. If your floral rental order comes to $1,000.00. $250.00 would be the date retainer and remaining $750.00 would be due at a later time.

When is the final balance due on my rental order?


You will be invoiced for the final balance 35 days prior to your event date. The Final Invoice will need to be paid by the 30th day mark before your event.

If you are late in paying the final balance on your rental order, you could possibly have a late fee or risk the cancellation of your order.

Do you only work with faux florals?


Yes, we use only faux florals. The majority of our flowers are real-touch florals, meaning they have a soft, moisture-like coating that allows them to move and feel just like the fresh florals they’re inspired by. They photograph beautifully, look incredibly realistic, and by renting them, you’re able to have far more florals than you ever imagined—while saving thousands of dollars on your wedding day.

Do you rent personal flowers? (Bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages)


Unfortunately, due to the high breakdown rate of handheld florals, we do not rent out personal flowers.

Do you create custom arrangements?


At this time, we do not create custom arrangements and it is ONLY what is on the website that is available to rent out.

Can I request specific flower changes to these rentals?


No, we cannot remove or add flowers to the current arrangements (for example if you'd like tulips removed, we cannot do this), in order to preserve the original arrangement's integrity.

Can we change our order later?


If you need to remove any items later on, you can do so, as long as the new order total is maintained at 85% of the original order total.

If you need to add any items or "exchange", this is dependent on availability of the new items you'd like to add/change. We can do up to 2 weddings per day, therefore some other items may already be booked, when you decide to add/change your original order.

What if a product is damaged during the day, or has gone missing?


We understand that rentals have a certain lifespan and there is general wear and tear, but this timeline is many many years. We have never had a problem that the product was irreversibly damaged, and don't suspect for it to happen in the future. But we understand accidents may happen, and it is important to understand that by renting from us, we are trusting you to take care of the product until it is time for us to pick up. You are taking on the responsibility of the product during the time that you are renting them. Just like with any other item you are renting that day, these florals are premium, high quality flowers that are quite expensive to replace.
