Delivery, Setup and Breakdown Services
Cost: FREE
Pending your floral rental order, client pickup/ drop off could be an option.
If approved, the rentals could be picked up as early as 2 days prior to the event date, and would need to be dropped back off to us the following day.
Our arches and flower walls do breakdown for easier transport and take a short time to construct on site. Other florals are normally packed in tubs.
Cost: $350.00
This fee includes the delivery/set-up/ breakdown of your WHOLE floral order; it is a one-time delivery fee to have everything delivered and set-up within 65 Miles of zip code 27292. 10pm tear down, with later teardown times available for a fee.
(This Means we arrive at 10pm to begin breakdown)
This fee does not include moving the arch/pillars/ arrangements to the reception space (i.e. repurposing), or to another location.
If you purchase decor that isn’t florals through us as well, we will deliver it along with your florals but this doesn’t include us setting additional items up or breaking them down, This is only for the florals.
Example:
If you rent chargers, candle holders and non floral centerpieces from us, we will be happy to deliver them with this fee along with your florals , but we will NOT be setting them up or breaking them down when we return. Please have an assigned person to setup these and have them broken down when we return to pick everything up.

If you'd like to have any of the floral rentals re-purposed in your reception space (if they are in 2 separate rooms), we will be happy to move the Aisle Arrangements and Arch after the ceremony.
This can only be purchased if you are purchasing our Delivery/ Setup/ Breakdown Option as well.
