It includes set up of everything above. When it comes to breakdown, catering or a designated party will need to bus the plate settings and scrape the plates, placing them back in the crates for us to pick up upon return. In short, we set up everything we bring, require the chargers, goblets, plates, flatware and napkins to be bussed by catering, and we breakdown the centerpieces and linens when we return. We will be happy to bus our plate settings if your catering team does not do this for an additional $20.00 per table.

Yes! With the purchase of 12 guest tables or more, our 60 Day coordination Services costs $900.00.

The decor credit is not included in this deal.

Yes! We require that a minimum of 8 guest tables be purchased in order for us to assist with your wedding.

We totally understand this may happen! As long as you provide us your final Table count 35 days prior to the wedding, you can change the count. Be mindful that if your guest table count falls below 8 and you’ve already contracted with us, we will still expect payment for 8 guest tables as that’s our minimum.

Yes, you can absolutely change your chargers style, napkin style, linen color, ect even after contracting. We need all final choices by the 35th day mark. No changes can be made after the 35th day prior to your wedding.

If there is something you don’t need within the package (example being table numbers) that is totally fine, but the price does not change except the exceptions above.

Yes, each additional polyester/ velvet linen is $28.oo each to rent.

The Sweetheart table is $115.00 also and includes everything listed above.

Nope! You can absolutely pick different centerpiece options for each table.

Example: you choose 3 clustered sandwax centerpieces for your guest tables, and choose the 8-10 sandwax candles going down the middle for each of the 3 tables creating your head table.

The only substitution we allow is if you take away dinner plates and flatware. The price would then go down to $100.00 per table.

100% yes! With appropriate notice, we will attend your final venue walkthrough (normally happens 30-40 days prior to the event date) and will bring enough of the above for us to set up a mock guest table for you to see in person and approve. This also allows you to choose between 2 napkins, 2 Charger styles, ect if you are up in the air about which one you want. We will bring both styles for you to see in person.
