  • Yes. In order for us to deliver your decor and/or floral rental order, we do have a Minimum of $875.00 in rentals being purchased.

    Client pickup/ drop off is always free though nd there is no rental minimum.. Client pickup can happen as early as the Thursday prior to the event date, and drop off will need to be the Sunday or Monday after the event.

  • Yes, if you choose to move forward with any service through us, a contract will be sent via Docusign for you to review and complete, and the a nonrefundable date retainer is due.

    Final balances are due either 30 days prior to the event date or the date of your final venue walkthrough. (This will be in your contract)

  • Yes, edits can be made your floral list up until 35 days prior to your wedding date.

    If you need to remove any items later on, you can do so, as long as the new order total is maintained at 85% of the original order total.

  • Yes! We can send our certificate of liability insurance with the venue listed as an additional insured u[on request within 60 days of your event date.

  • We do not, nor will we in the future.

  • We understand that rentals have a certain lifespan and there is general wear and tear, but this timeline is many many years. We have never had a problem that the product was irreversibly damaged, and don't suspect for it to happen in the future. But we understand accidents may happen, and it is important to understand that by renting from us, we are trusting you to take care of the product until it is time for us to pick up. You are taking on the responsibility of the product during the time that you are renting them. Just like with any other item you are renting that day, these florals are premium, high quality flowers that are quite expensive to replace.
